Field Sales All Ireland Special Needs Trikes & Disability Cycle Specialist

We are seeking a field-based Cycling sales specialist to provide a demonstration, assessment, handover and review service for a range of all ability cycles and physiotherapy equipment, working both directly with disabled customers and in joint visits alongside healthcare professionals including occupational therapists & physiotherapistsYour portfolio will initially include our all ability cycling range which includes market leading brands Tomcat, Van Raam, Ice Trikes & Topend. Our physiotherapy equipment range includes a range of standers, specialist walkers, gym rehab equipment and sleep systems.

This is a highly technical sales role which requires competency with a range of specialist cycling tools so previous experience working with bicycles is essential either as a cycle enthusiast or in the industry. As some of the range is manufactured to order to suit the individual needs of the user therefore attention to detail and accurate note taking are also an essential attribute.

Service Co-Ordinator

We have an exciting role to suit an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with recent experience working in in a busy aftersales service environment, in a service engineer management role. This role is an office-based aftersales support role and will give experience working in a wide range of tasks and working with both our field based service and sales team and directly with our customer base. Your duties will include the co-ordination, monitoring and improvement field service activities, providing support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. You will be responsible for service and repair callout scheduling, preparation of service and repair quotations and sales order processing for all service and spare parts. You will be the main contact point for after sales, and so telephone call handling including responding to customer aftersales enquiries, directing sales enquiries to sales team, customer complaint handling will be a core part of your role.
