The SEERS Sterling 3 Section Couch is a robust, electrically height-adjustable treatment and examination couch designed for professional healthcare and therapy environments.
The versatile three-section design allows patients to be positioned lying flat, semi-reclined or in a supported sitting position while being treated or examined. With 63 cm wide Easy Clean upholstery, individually locking 100 mm castors and clearance underneath the frame for a mobile hoist, the Sterling provides a practical solution for busy treatment and examination environments.
Versatile 3 Section Couch Design
The Sterling 3 Section Couch provides additional positioning flexibility compared with a conventional two-section treatment couch. Its independently adjustable sections allow the couch configuration to be adapted according to the treatment or examination being carried out.
The gas-assisted backrest adjusts from 0° to +85°, allowing the upper body to be elevated from a flat position through to an almost upright seated position. The additional gas-assisted head/foot section adjusts between -20° and +40°, providing further positioning options for the patient.
Electric Height Adjustment from 46–99 cm
The 3-Section Couch offers an excellent 46 cm to 99 cm electric height adjustment range. A hand switch is fitted as standard, enabling the practitioner to raise or lower the treatment surface without having to make manual height adjustments.
The low 46 cm minimum position can help provide easier access to the couch, while the generous 99 cm maximum height allows practitioners to select an appropriate working position for different procedures.
200 kg Safe Working Load
The Sterling 3 Section Couch provides a substantial 200 kg safe working load and lifting capacity. This robust capacity makes the couch suitable for a broad range of patients and applications across healthcare, examination and treatment environments.
Adjustable Backrest to 85°
The gas-assisted backrest can be adjusted between 0° and +85°. This wide adjustment range enables the Sterling to support patients in a variety of positions, from lying flat through to an almost upright seated position. Adjustable Head / Foot Section
