Nick joined the business in 1997 as a field based product specialist before progressing to Commercial Manager & more recently in 2013 becoming Managing Director with overall responsibility for the management of the business. Nick enjoys developing our portfolio of products, sourcing product from suppliers around the globe to bring the latest, innovative products to market.

Office Manager

Carole has been with the company since 1987 and is the Office Manager. She is responsible for the management of staff, customer care, accounts, quality control, Health and Safety, stock management and staff relations.

Customer Service Manager

Ann joined the company full time in October 2013 after covering maternity leave in the Accounts team for three months prior. Ann’s background is in Sales and Events, having worked for a list of successful companies and she is responsible for Customer Services and Retail Sales in the showroom and on the phone. She has a passion for customer care and ensuring her customers get what is right for them.

Mobility sales advisor

Francis joined us in May 2019 as our dedicated Mobility Sales Advisor. Francis offers assessments on our range of mobility products including active wheelchairs, powerchairs, powered attachments & folding electric wheelchairs. He is also responsible for survey and installation of the Sensory Rooms. Assessments available throughout Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Francis will carry out an in-depth assessment and can liaise with your health professional to provide the perfect product for you.

Logistics Coordinator

Nicky is responsible for organising and managing inventory, storage, and transportation. He ensures logistical procedures run smoothly with timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Tony ensures our warehouse and logistics run smoothly. He is responsible for picking and packing orders to quantity and quality required as well as inspecting goods in.

Sam joined us in 2020 and looks after clients visiting the showroom in Lisburn. Sam can help you or your family member find the right mobility aid - From riser recliner chairs, walkers, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, daily living aids and much more! Sam's background is in retail management and she has a passion for customer service.

Service Coordinator

Jennifer joined us in 2021 as our Service Coordinator. She provides support and guidance to our service engineers who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance and repair. She also organises and schedules repair call outs with customers & our engineers.

Sales Manager / Paediatric Product Specialist

Gary joined the John Preston Healthcare team as a Product Specialist and has a lengthy record in sales and business development, having surpassed expectations and targets in his past endeavours. Gary includes some key ranges in his portfolio including Rompa paediatric products and the THERA physiotherapy products, special needs Trikes and all Paediatric products. He provides assessments, product training and product demonstrations across the range.

Product Specialist

Dan is responsible for all Specialist Seating products throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This includes the leading brands available such as Careflex and Kirton. Kathy has been with the company since December 2007 in the position of Senior Administrator. Kathy is responsible for Accounts Receivable coordinating the company’s customer accounts. She is also a key member of the customer service team dealing with customer enquiries and coordinating contract cleaning services.

Courtney joined us in 2017 is responsible for all sales co-ordination including quotations and management of our Sage stock management system and is a crucial part of our team. A graduate of University of Ulster (Jordanstown) specialising in Business, Courtney brings her calming influence and expertise to our group.

Danny is one of our dedicated engineers who offers services & repairs on our wide range of mobility equipment. Danny can carry our on site diagnostics and PPM at clients homes or at our workshop in Lisburn. Danny provides engineering support across our wide range of products including; mobility scooter repair in Belfast and Northern Ireland, servicing of moving and handling equipment, wheelchair repair in Belfast and Northern Ireland, riser recliner repair and maintenance Belfast / Northern Ireland, maintenance and servicing of patient hoists / beds in Belfast and Northern Ireland.

Jordan Bell joined us in 2021 as our Technical Support Engineer. Jordan provides engineering support for our wide customer base, particularly for mobility scooter repair in Belfast and Northern Ireland, servicing of moving and handling equipment, wheelchair repair in Belfast and Northern Ireland, riser recliner repair and maintenance Belfast / Northern Ireland, maintenance and servicing of patient hoists / beds in Belfast and Northern Ireland.

Wheelchair Specialist

Stafford joined us in 2015 is our active wheelchair Product Specialist. He has an incredible level of knowledge of equipment and mobility solutions. He will perform a personal assessment service for your unique needs and specialises in the range of RGK wheelchair products including the Smartdrive Power Assist system. A wheelchair user for over 20 years, he is a successful and well known wheelchair athlete and has developed countless personal relationships throughout Ireland.

Clare joined us in 2016 after graduating with a Business and Marketing degree. She joined our Marketing team with a specific focus on our online activities through our online store, google presence, blogs and social media platforms.

Andrew joined the team in 2021 and his role includes processing orders, picking & packing orders for despatch, inventory control through carrying out quarterly and yearly stock audits, quality checking as well as delivery of orders to schools and hospitals.

Fast Aid Managing Director

Mark has been in the healthcare market for over 35 years starting work as an ambulance technician in 1984. He moved into sales in 1991 and has a wealth of experience with various medical and mobility products including specialist seating and pressure care management. Mark has attended in-depth training courses on various products and has been selling to the private and public clients for many years. Whilst at Shiloh Healthcare Plc Mark attended in-house management training courses and now manages Fast Aid Medical & Mobility alongside Denise Loudon.

Commercial Director

Denise has been with the company since 2017 in the role of Commercial Manager assisting in the growth of the business. She was appointed Commercial Director in 2019 and now manages Fast Aid Medical & Mobility alongside Mark Anderson. With over 15 years experience in international bids and tenders Denise will continue to utilise her expertise to drive the business forward.

Stuart has been with the company for 5 years with a background as a Mechanic working in the automotive industry. When Stuart started with Fast Aid he focused on in-house repairs and showroom sales whilst gaining knowledge on other aspects of the business such as repair and commissioning of the product in the field. Stuart has attended multiple manufacturers training courses as well as the BHTA Assessors Course. Alongside this role he also oversees the Motability sales within the business.

He has vast experience working in the mobility field. Alan is available for assessments and demonstrations for a wide range of mobility products from entry level to high end specialist products. Sunrise, Permobil, Trekinetic, Invacare and our own range of products such as the Atto, Firefly plus many other great products. Home demonstrations available throughout Scotland.

Product Specialist

Jason brings with him over 20 years of Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience and a wealth of knowledge of the inclusive cycling industry. Jason first started his journey in the mobility market by working with support seating systems and walking aids; a new position led him onto the Disabled Cycling scene where he quickly progressed onto spearheading the world renowned product, and now recognised Olympic sport ‘RaceRunner.’ He will principally look after our Paediatric Product Range including the supply of the AAT Stabilo, TheraTrainer and Tomcat suite of products.

Oksana looks after clients visiting our mobility showroom in Loanhead. She is on hand to help you or your family member find the right mobility aid - From riser recliner chairs, walkers, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, daily living aids and much more! She has a background in retail and she has a passion for customer service.

Chris Stenhouse

Engineer

Chris provides engineering support including serving and repairs. He has a wealth of knowledge and has undertaken training courses on the repair and maintenance of powered wheelchairs and related products. Chris also undertakes assessments and surveys on products such as the Pure/Bio Bides and can install once purchased. He also assists on the track hoist installs.

Sales Engineer

Gary has a background as an electrician to the trade and managing a family business dealing with construction for councils and commerce. He dealt with Council Contracts and his work entailed disabled access and bathrooms. Gary undertook the role of Sales Engineer with Fast Aid, growing his role into dealing with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and undertaking moving and handling assessments. Gary oversees the Access Solutions aspect of the business where we deal with Overhead Tracking, Through Floor Lifts, Step Lifts, Stairclimbers, Evacuation Chairs and Ramps. Gary has attended multiple manufacturers training courses and BHTA assessors courses and now works closely with the Sales Director on tendering for additional work.
