What do I do if my packages are damaged?
All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. If the packaging is substantially damaged, refuse the shipment and any apparent damage should be noted on the freight bill. Have the driver sign and acknowledge the damage and send a copy of the freight bill and inspection report within 48 hours receipt of merchandise. Notify us on 028 92 633 798 so we can promptly replace the damaged item. We appreciate that some customers may have sensitivities regarding this but please be assured that we are here to help in confidence and have both male or female staff if you would like to speak to someone.
