Backfriend Double Padded

The Backfriend Double Pad is one of the best postural aids we have ever found. It meets so many requirements – portable, lightweight, gives great lumbar and back support. Ideal for cars, planes, trains or event the sofa, the Backfriend offers great lumbar support and extra comfort while sitting. The double pad is designed for wheelchair users or those who prefer a thicker padding. It is not suitable for use on mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs.  The MEDesign Backfriend is an ergonomic back support combining a back rest and seat support. Consultant designed to provide optimal lumbar support and thoracic support. The back is height adjustable to suit the individual. Very light at 1.6kg (3.5lb) it folds for easy carrying with the built in handle.
