The Maxxcare Pro Evolution Heel Boot is perfect for anyone who might be at risk of developing pressure ulcers on or around their heels. The MaxxCare Air Heel Protector is manufactured by the Comfort Company and uses Vicair Technology. It can also be used during the healing process as circulating air can still be exposed to the area but there is no load on the heel at all. It is equally effective when used lying down or in a seated position. The inflated air capsules inside the boot create a perfectly comfortable but stable position to support the foot and ensure optimum pressure relief in the heel area. The Heel Pro Evolution does not influence mobility and the mechanically strong air tubes allow the user to walk with the Heel Pro Evolution on.   Now available in 3 sizes to accommodate a wide range of foot and ankle dimensions.  The size of the patient’s in step contour should determine which size they require.

The size of the patient’s in-step contour should determine which size they require.

  • Small: less than 35 cm/14 in
  • Standard: between 35-43 cm/14-17 in.
  • XL: more than 43 cm/17 in.
