Description
Early Mobility & Inclusive Movement
The My First Aluminium Frame Runner by By Connie Hansen is specially designed to help very young children experience independent movement, walking progression and active play. Developed for children with reduced strength, balance or mobility function, it provides stable support while encouraging physical activity and confidence.
Frame Running is widely used by children with:
- Cerebral palsy
- Neurological conditions
- Developmental mobility challenges
- Balance and coordination impairments
- Lightweight Aluminium Construction
Unlike heavier steel rehabilitation frames, the My First Frame Runner uses a lightweight aluminium frame, making it easier for young children to propel and manoeuvre independently. The lower weight helps reduce fatigue and encourages active participation during therapy and recreational use.
The frame is finished in a durable powder-coated colour designed for long-term everyday use.
Available in 3 Child Sizes
The My First Aluminium Frame Runner range is available in three sizes to support early childhood development:
- Size -2: Approx. age 0–2
- Size -1: Approx. age 2–4
- Size 0: Approx. age 3–6
This allows children to use a correctly sized frame runner as they grow.
Adjustable Support for Comfort & Stability
Each model includes adjustable positioning to support different user needs and improve posture during movement:
- Adjustable saddle height
- Adjustable body support height
- Adjustable handlebar positioning
The saddle and chest support system help stabilise the user while allowing free leg movement for running and walking practice.
Designed for Therapy, Recreation & Sport
The My First Frame Runner is suitable for:
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
- Early intervention mobility training
- Inclusive sports and school activities
