We've been proud stockists of Tumble Forms 2 for many years, offering their Feeder seating solutions but we have recently expanded our portfolio to include the entire range of special needs positioning, support and paediatric rehab equipment.

Tumble Forms has been a staple line of adaptive products for over 40 years! Its founder, Tim Bergeron, an industrial designer from upstate New York, was developing a company that designed products for children with special needs in the mid 1970’s when his daughter Carrie was born. Carrie was the fourth child in the Bergeron family and was born with Down Syndrome. Suddenly, the vision he held for his company became far more than that as he and his wife began to clearly understand through their own experiences the types of equipment Carrie needed, but could not get. With this as a motivating factor, Tim’s company Tumble Forms quickly progressed from an idea to a reality.

Tumble Forms 2 Wedge

Tumble Forms 2 Wedges are ideal for gross motor activities such as rolling, tumbling, and walking up- or down-hill. They also provide comfortable positioning for reading or fine motor activities. Can be used as an alternative to sitting when a child lacks head control, balance or trunk control.

Tumble Forms 2 Deluxe Strap Wedge

The Tumble Forms 2 Deluxe Strap Wedges include two straps, which provide added flexibility in positioning the child properly. The movable Velcro straps support the child gently, yet firmly when and where needed to ensure the most comfortable position.

Tumble Forms 2 Biform Wedge

Our innovative biform wedges provide two wedge positions in one. Side walls provide lateral support while keeping child's arms flexed forward. Wedges can be nested together for more prone and supine positioning options. This product is designed to be used for both at home and clinical use. It is available in a variety of dimension and elevation combinations for the perfect fit.

Tumble Forms 2 Thera-Wedge

Provides dynamic therapy and proper positioning. Specially designed to meet the needs of adolescents and small adults. This system consists of two wedges contoured on one side and flat on the other. Use together to help break extensor patterns and relax clients into a flexion pattern. Provides proper prone and supine positioning, whether used alone or together. Complete system includes one double sided 430mm (17") contoured wedge with ankle drop off, one double sided 305mm (12") contoured wedge, two wrap straps and one abductor module.

Tumble Forms 2 Roll

The Tumble Forms 2 Rolls are designed with effective rehabilitation and fitness applications in mind. Use in positional and neurodevelopmental training and for patients with special needs. Tumble Forms 2 Rolls provide a firm, yet soft tool to enhance sensory perception and aids in rolling and rocking fitness and rehab exercises.

Tumble Forms 2 Jett Mobile

The Tumble Forms 2 Jettmobile helps children develop sensory motor skills as well as provide fun and mobility assistance. The colorful Jettmobile helps develop neck, shoulder, and arm muscle coordination while the child advances in an extension position. Since the prone position is easily attained on the Jettmobile scooter, the positioning system is ideal for children with spina bifida. The ball castors are safely concealed by protective fenders.

Equipped with removable positioning shapes, an abductor wedge, and a hip positioning strap. The hip positioning strap aids movement by maintaining the child in a symmetrical prone position while pushing and pulling with the upper extremities. The abduction angle can be altered by moving it front to back, and severe postural asymmetry can be accommodated by adjusting left to right.

Tumble Forms 2 Universal Grasshopper System

The Grasshopper is a mobile positioning system that consists of 15 different shapes and forms to aid therapists in positioning children up through adolescent size. The positioning system enables proper adaptive positions to be obtained without the use of unsanitary pillows and foam. Attach the semi-circular foam log to the base to transform it into an active therapeutic system for vestibular stimulation activities. The padded coaster base makes it easier to move the patient while maintaining adaptive support.

Tumble Forms 2 Barrel

The Tumble Forms 2 Barrel Crawl/Roll is excellent for children with occupational therapy needs or other therapy settings. The child can experience a rhythmic movement when the therapist gently rocks the barrel. In time, the child can learn to shift their weight in order to roll the barrel on their own.

Tumble Forms 2 Balance Beam

Tumble Forms 2 Balance Beam is made to give children performing vestibular exercises the opportunity to progress to more challenging balance beam activities. The six-foot beam can be positioned to have the child walk on the narrow (3 inch) side or the wide (6 inch) side. The reversible beam is covered in non-slip material to prevent the child from losing balance and slipping during use.
