The semi-fowler cushion is designed for leg support, providing abduction and pressure relief for the heels. To prevent Equinus foot, it is also possible to use in combination with the Delta foot positioning. The Pillow is a combination of micro beads together with a bi-elastic polyurethane cover making it lightweight and easy to use.
