Signature Comfort Plus Profiling Bed

Designed and styled for care in the home, the Signature Comfort Plus is an all-encompassing profiling bed with a range of features to make life easier for the user and carers. The bed lowers close to the floor to help access and swinging legs onto the bed, and raises up to a carer's waist height for providing nursing and support on the bed. Three-part split side rails can be raised and lowered independently to help prevent falls, provide a grab handle when getting in and out, and act as a handy place to hook the handset control.

The side rails are made up of three adjustable rails on each side of the bed giving excellent flexibility and functionality. They can be all raised to prevent falls, all lowered for unimpaired access, or part raised to act as grab handles for support. The bed back rest can be raised to an upright seated position. The leg rest can be elevated at the knees for comfort and also the feet can be raised to help improve circulation and reduce leg swelling. Despite the bed's advanced clinical functionality, it has been thoughtfully styled for the home environment. You can make it your own too with size, headboard, material and wood finish options. The steel frame construction of Opera high-low beds ensure longevity and can accommodate robust use. The bed has a safe working load of more than 30st and a bariatric version is also available for heavier users. The bed can be easily repositioned in the room thanks to four castors. When the bed is in the desired position, all four castors can be locked off to ensure the bed is secured and doesn't move
