Annual Service and Repair Service
Our dedicated service technicians have been trained by our manufacturer in fault finding, diagnostics and preventative maintenance on all lines of couch.
We aim to respond to all repair requested within 72 hours for non emergency requirements. An Annual service can be arranged by contacting the service manager.
On delivery, product will be set up for use and a complete handover provided. Training on the safe operation according to the manufacturers operating instructions will be provided.
If the operator is unavailable at the time of handover, training can be provided at a later date and as required.
We have a large showroom in Lisburn and can provide a mock-up room for specialist projects. We can provide this service both on and off site. If customer wants to see a specific product pre- purchase we are happy to provide a demonstration.
White Glove Service
Where required, customers can choose to have our enhanced delivery service. Our Silver Service Delivery tariff includes:
- Delivery to required location
- Positioning as required
- Building of items on site
- removal and disposal of the associated waste packaging.
We will agree a suitable date/ time for delivery and install with the contact point as detailed on the purchase order. We can deliver during normal office hours and outside normal working hours / at the weekend as required by the customer.
Our delivery and install team are equipped with appropriate lifting and handling equipment to ensure they can deliver to areas where access is restricted. Where required 2 drivers will be sent to ensure product is handled appropriately. We can deliver to any environment, weather it is a construction site or a redevelopment area. Our vans are all equipped with loading ramps.
Our delivery staff are trained to deliver, offload, build and position equipment in busy locations including Emergency Departments, treatment rooms etc. Staff are trained to understand the importance of keeping the disruption to the customer and client to an absolute minimum.
All our staff are trained to work in respectful manner at all times and comply with working practices of the particular ward or practice.
