Mark Anderson
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mark has been in the healthcare market for 35 years starting work as an ambulance technician in 1984. He moved into sales in 1991 and has a wealth of experience with various medical and mobility products including specialist seating and pressure care management.

Mark has attended in-depth training courses on various products and has been selling to the private and public clients for many years.

Whilst at Shiloh Healthcare Plc Mark attended in-house management training courses and now manages Fast Aid Medical & Mobility alongside Denise Loudon.

Denise Loudon
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Denise has been with the company since 2017 in the role of Commercial Manager assisting in the growth of the business.

She was appointed Commercial Director in 2019 and now manages Fast Aid Medical & Mobility alongside Mark Anderson.

With over 15 years experience in international bids and tenders Denise will continue to utilise her expertise to drive the business forward. 

Stewart Taylor
SALES ENGINEER

Stewart is one of our longest standing members of staff having been with the company for 10 years this year.

Stewart working in a busy loan store as part of the maintenance team contracted to do planned maintenance and repairs on store equipment.

He took up the sales engineer role with Fast Aid in 2003 specialising in powered products.

He has attended specialist training courses on Seating and posture management, the BHTA Assessors course and works closely with territory managers in companies such as Sunrise Medical, Invacare and Handicare.

Stewart continues to carry out assessments with OT’s, Physiotherapists, Access to Work, Motability and Private Clients and oversees the power product portfolio for the business.

Joe Jaconelli
KIDS TO ADULT PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Joe is the product specialist on our Kids to Adult team.

Joe has a wealth of knowledge having been involved in the mobility Industry for over 30 years.

His areas of expertise include mobility products, tomcat special needs trikes, stair lift surveying and installation and lift maintenance.

Joe also is also qualified after attending the 24hr postural training course delivered by Simple Stuff Sleep Systems . This range of products is available through us in Scotland.

Stuart Baxter
SALES ENGINEER

Stuart has been with the company for 5 years with a background as a Mechanic working in the automotive industry.

When Stuart started with Fast Aid he focused on in-house repairs and showroom sales whilst gaining knowledge on other aspects of the business such as repair and commissioning of the product in the field. Stuart has attended multiple manufacturers training courses as well as the BHTA Assessors Course.

Alongside this role he also oversees the Motability sales within the business.

Gary Oliver
SALES ENGINEER

Gary has worked at Fast Aid Medical & Mobility for approximately 7 years now.

He has a background as an electrician to the trade and managing a family business dealing with construction for councils and commerce.

He dealt with Council Contracts and his work entailed disabled access and bathrooms. Gary undertook the role of Sales Engineer with Fast Aid, growing his role into dealing with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and undertaking moving and handling assessments.

Gary oversees the Access Solutions aspect of the business where we deal with Overhead Tracking, Through Floor Lifts, Step Lifts, Stairclimbers, Evacuation Chairs and Ramps.

Gary has attended multiple manufacturers training courses and BHTA assessors courses and now works closely with the Sales Director on tendering for additional work.

Holly Wood
SHOWROOM SALES AND ADMIN

Holly has been with the company for nearly five years focusing on administration and customer services.

Her role has evolved into a more sales supportive role, dealing with product ordering and processing sales orders as well as helping showroom customers with mobility goods.f

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Alan is responsible for supervising the warehouse in Edinburgh and management of stock.

Davy helps ensure the smooth running of our warehouse in Edinburgh.

Laurie is responsible for Customer Services and Retail Sales in the showroom and on the phone.

David Meechan

David is responsible for Customer Accounts.

Alan Ferguson
MOBILITY PRODUCT SPECIALIST

He has vast experience working in the mobility field.

Alan is available for assessments and demonstrations for a wide range of mobility products from entry level to high end specialist products.

Sunrise, Permobil, Quantum, Invacare and our own range of products such as the Atto, Firefly plus many other great products.

Home demonstrations available throughout Scotland.

Aidan McCormack
GROUP MARKETING MANAGER

Aidan joined the company in 2015 as Group Marketing Manager

His role covers all aspects of marketing and sales promotions at John Preston Healthcare as well as Fast Aid Medical & Mobility and he regularly travels between the two sites.

Aidan is the main point of contact for our online store and works alongside the Product Specialists to promote the product portfolio.


Ryan Anderson
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Ryan has been working part time with the company in the warehouse and now joins us full time.

Ryan is working in the warehouse undertaking a variety of roles helping out where required.

He also PDI'S the mobility products prior to dispatch and assists in installs of beds and other products working with the service team.

We look forward to giving Ryan more training and developing his role within the business.

Chris Stenhouse
ENGINEER

Chris has worked with the company on a self -employed basis for a few years and is now a full member of the service and repairs team.

He has a wealth of knowledge and has undertaken training courses on the repair and maintenance of powered wheelchairs and related products.

Chris also undertakes assessments and surveys on products such as the Pure/Bio Bides and can install once purchased. He also assists on the track hoist installs.
