Job Title: Mobility Product Specialist – Scotland
SME trading in Scotland for over 40 years with an annual turnover of £3-4 million employing 15 staff and therefore requires a hands-on and flexible approach. The company works very closely with the other part of our group a sister company of similar size.
As a Mobility product specialist, your principal objective will be to promote our comprehensive range of high end manual and electric wheelchairs and associated
products to end users and healthcare professionals alike including physiotherapists & Occupational therapists and to provide a market leading aftersales service for your portfolio of products.
You will be required to achieve sales targets and quickly build up your own customer base and expert product knowledge as well as maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Previous experience working with similar equipment either in a sales capacity would be desirable though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
As a minimum we require 5 years’ field sales experience from any sector with a proven track record of meeting targets. You will develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the range of products in your portfolio and the correct prescription to best meet the needs of the client.
You will be tasked with promoting our portfolio to customers throughout Scotland via planned sales calls and organising lunch and learn seminars.
The successful candidate will also undertake an offsite callout service in order to diagnose faults, conduct repairs, basic installations and modifications and adaptations across the range of products in your portfolio to include both manual and electric wheelchairs, paediatric & special needs equipment, Tomcat trikes, handcycles etc.
We have supply arrangements in place with exclusive brands including Permobil, Progeo, Quickie, Tomcat, Nino, Airwheel, Firefly and Triride and many more.
You will provide a professional, friendly and high level of service to our customers and promote FastAid Products Ltd in a positive manner at all times. Offsite visits will be to a variety of sites across Scotland including hospitals, schools, nursing homes, clinics and private residences.
