Configura Riser Recliner Chair

Configura Rise & Recline is a highly prescriptive, adaptable lift and recline chair that can simply and easily be adapted to the individual client’s requirements with the addition of accessories, reducing the requirement for bespoke, made to measure rise and recline chairs. Community loan stores and occupational therapists can greatly reduce the lead time to their clients and save cost incurred when issuing made to order product.

The Configura is available in a number of sizes and maximum user weights and together with the accesssoreis it can be configured to create a total of 114 sizes.

Configura is available in a choice of Duratek fabric – a simple recyclable, removable & washable cover or a hardwearing, fixed wipeable vinyl cover. In both cases, we supply the item with a PU 2 way stretch breathable covering on the seat, backrest and legrest sections as standard.

Configura comes as standard with a removable, high risk memory foam pressure reducing cushion. It can easily be removed and an alternative cushion fitted such as an alternating pressure cushion, or air flotation cushion.

The seat depth is adjustable thanks to a range of seat depth reducing foam blocks which attach between the backrest cushion and the backrest. Different thicknesses of blocks change the seat depth. Simple.

The seat height is also adjustable via a range of different height feet which can quickly be screwed on to the chairs frame allowing an additional height adjustment of 1 or 2 inches

A range of backrest cushions including a 3 section waterfall back, deep laterally contoured back and adjustable lateral back ensures a the best postural and comfort solution for the client.
