Nick joined the business in 1997 as a field based product specialist before progressing to Commercial Manager & more recently in 2013 becoming Managing Director with overall responsibility for the management of the business.
Nick enjoys developing our portfolio of products, sourcing product from suppliers around the globe to bring the latest, innovative products to market.
In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his young family and exploring the great outdoors.
Carole has been with the company since 1987 and is the Office Manager. She is responsible for the management of staff, customer care, accounts, quality control, Health and Safety, stock management and staff relations.
In her spare time she relishes long walks and loves to travel to the sun.
Danny Gilmore joined us in 2017 and has over a decade of experience working with both manual and electric wheelchairs to a wide variety of customers. These include private customers of all ages and the NHS.
He is widely known and respected throughout the industry and his friendly manner puts everyone at ease.
He is a talented soccer player with a poetic right foot and also lead singer in a popular local wedding band.
Courtney joined us in 2017 is responsible for all sales co-ordination including quotations and management of our Sage stock management system and is a crucial part of our team.
A graduate of University of Ulster (Jordanstown) specialising in Business, Courtney brings her calming influence and expertise to our group.
Outside of work she enjoys socialising when the occasion demands it.
Gary joined the John Preston Healthcare team as a Product Specialist and has a lengthy record in sales and business development, having surpassed expectations and targets in his past endeavours.
Gary includes some key ranges in his portfolio including Rompa paediatric products and the THERA physiotherapy products, special needs Trikes and all Paediatric products.
He provides assessments, product training and product demonstrations across the range.
Outside of work he is a long suffering Stoke City fan, an ever improving golfer and an accomplished dancer.
Stafford joined us in 2015 is our active wheelchair Product Specialist. He has an incredible level of knowledge of equipment and mobility solutions.
He will perform a personal assessment service for your unique needs and specialises in the range of RGK wheelchair products including the Smartdrive Power Assist system.
A wheelchair user for 19 years, he is a successful and well known wheelchair athlete and has developed countless personal relationships throughout Ireland.

Dan is responsible for all Specialist Seating products throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
This includes the leading brands available such as Careflex and Kirton. He also supplies Moving and Handling equipment from Mangar.
Outside of work he is a successful and talented sports man and key player for his Gaelic Football club in County Tyrone. He and his family are also heavily involved in the emergence of the hugely popular local Powerchair football scene.

Ann joined the company full time in October 2013 after covering maternity leave in the Accounts team for three months prior.
Ann’s background is in Sales and Events, having worked for a list of successful companies and she is responsible for Customer Services and Retail Sales in the showroom and on the phone.
She has a passion for customer care and ensuring her customers get what is right for them. Their appreciation is often shown by the regular deliveries of flowers, cards and chocolates from new and returning customers.
Outside of work, Ann is a passionate retail therapist and ardent cocktail reviewer.
David joined John Preston Healthcare Group in 2017 and is our Business Development Manager and Product Specialist based in the Midlands in England.
His range includes fantastic mobility technology products such as the Nino self balancing wheelchair, the Atto folding mobility scooter and the Firefly wheelchair power attachment.
He is also our Product Specialist for our Paediatric range and offers assessments and demonstrations in special needs schools or at home in conjunction with the family and medical professionals.
An experienced professional, David is very welcome addition to the team. In his spare time he enjoys producing music and of course spending time with his family.
Aidan joined the company in 2015 as Group Marketing Executive. His role covers all aspects of marketing and sales promotions at John Preston Healthcare as well as Fast Aid Medical & Mobility.
He regularly travels between the two sites. Aidan is the main point of contact for our online store and works alongside the Product Specialists to promote the product portfolio.
He relishes travel and is a fan of all sports.
Clare joined us in 2016 and is a recent BSc graduate from University of Ulster Magee. She completed her degree in Business Studies with Marketing and joins our Marketing team with a specific focus on our online platforms and customer service.
She has previously worked in the USA for CIE Tours during her placement year and brings a creative flair to our existing team.
Outside of work she loves travelling and has been a competitive Irish dancer at the highest level – competing in the World and All-Ireland championships.
Kathy has been with the company since December 2007 in the position of Senior Administrator. Kathy is responsible for Accounts Receivable coordinating the company’s customer accounts.
She is also a key member of the customer service team dealing with customer enquiries and coordinating contract cleaning services.
In her free time she is kept busy by her young family and the multitude of sports and activities they are involved in.
Nicky has been an integral part of the John Preston team since 2006 and is our Warehouse and Logistics Manager.
He responsible for logistics for incoming stock and outgoing orders along with managing our warehouse team.
Nicky is also a key member of the administration team and deals with customer enquiries regarding shipments and deliveries.
Outside of work he is recognised as a talented Rugby player and he enjoys spending time with his family.
Jack joined us in 2016 provides engineering support for our wide customer base and is a Mobility Scooter Specialist.
He provides mobility scooter trials and demonstrations throughout Northern Ireland and has benefitted from extensive industry training. He is a hugely experienced professional and also provides;
- Maintenance and servicing of patient hoists in Belfast and Northern Ireland
- Servicing of moving and handling equipment
- Wheelchair repair in Belfast and Northern Ireland
- Mobility scooter repair in Belfast and Northern Ireland
Aspects of his role include providing scheduled maintenance call outs, completing warranty repair work and solving many of the unique problems that regularly crop up.
He has enjoyed significant experience and training within the healthcare and mobility sector in Northern Ireland and further afield.
A Rugby League International player and a critically acclaimed amateur DJ, Jack is a real addition to our existing successful team!
