Job Title: Field Sales Support Technician
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Support Technician your objective will be to provide support and assistance to the Field Sales Team and our customers as determined by the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will undertake an offsite callout service in order to diagnose faults, conduct repairs, basic installations and modifications and adaptations to a variety of medical and mobility equipment (e.g. Wheelchairs, Power-chairs, Scooters and Riser Recliners) as well and providing a collection and delivery service for the Sales Team as required. You will provide a professional, friendly and high level of service to our customers and promote John Preston & Company in a positive manner at all times. Offsite visits will be to a variety of sites in Northern Ireland including hospitals, nursing homes and private residences. You will also provide additional coverage and assistance to our onsite staff as required.
